We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Undergarments and intimate wear
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Returns Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Lagos: 3-5 business days
- Outside Lagos (Nigeria): 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to logistics or location, but we always ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Greenbay Estate, Megamound, Ilaje, Ajah, Lagos.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
